A 22-year-old restaurant supervisor pleaded not guilty at the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court in Melaka on Monday (July 15) to 25 counts of breach of trust involving company funds totalling RM81,126.86.

00:19restaurant sales, allegedly failed to remit the funds to the company. The offences were
00:24allegedly committed between March and June this year at the Tokma Enterprise Jassin
00:29Bastari branch premises. The charges under Section 408 of the Penal Code carries a jail
00:36term of up to 14 years, whipping and a fine if convicted. Judge Azraouni Abdul Rahman
00:42set bail at 42,500 ringgit for all charges and fixed August 19 for re-mention.
