00:005 out of 5 in individual events that you accomplished your goal, what can you say?
00:29I'm happy with my time in the first few days. It's not like super bad, it's just that it's not within my expectations.
00:44Josh, did you expect to reach 5 goals?
00:48Actually, I expected to reach 5 goals, but what I'm really aiming for is the records.
00:56How does it feel to be back in the Philippines after 5 years?
01:01I'm happy to be back in Palau because it's the first time I've been to Palau back in 2018.
01:06It's the first time I've been to Palau and it's the most fun I've had.
01:16Overall, what's your assessment of your performance in the individual events in the Philippines?
01:20So far, I'm happy. I think this year, this is my best competition so far, so I'm happy.
01:29After this, what's next for you? Are you going to continue painting?
01:36Next month, I have a CH qualification, so that's what I'm aiming for.
01:41And then after that, around early September, I'm going to go to the Philippines.
01:46Coming into this event, obviously you're a favorite to win.
01:50How do you prepare mentally so that you don't quote-unquote choke in this event?
01:56As I grow up, the most I've learned is to not care about other people's expectations.
02:06Instead, I care about my own expectations and goals.
02:12Because at the end of the day, that's what really matters, how you're going to do it.
