00:15and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense.

00:27The prosecution said that the ammunition wasn't connected to the case and wasn't hidden.
00:32Sommer put a pause on the trial earlier on Friday while she considered the defense motion
00:37to dismiss the case.
00:39Speaking outside the court in Santa Fe, Special Prosecutor Kari Morrissey said she was disappointed
00:45but respected the court's decision.
00:47Baldwin climbed into an SUV outside the courthouse without speaking to the media.
00:53Cinematographer Helena Hutchins was shot and killed on the set of the film Rust in 2021.
