Transcript
00:00The name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
00:20The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all, and with your spirit.
00:27Good morning everyone. In today's readings, the first reading from the Prophet Hosea,
00:34God was reassuring. If you come back to me, I will give you, or I will restore you.
00:46In the Gospel today, Jesus was sending out the disciples and saying that I'm sending you sheep among wolves.
00:54So be vigilant. And he was telling, but don't worry, because you are not the one, but the Spirit of the Lord is speaking in you.
01:08He will guide you, what to say, where to say, to whom you have to speak. Everything will be guided by the Spirit of God.
01:18But most of the time, when we face struggles and problems, we are worried about things, we fail to understand the presence of the Spirit of God within us.
01:30It is not me, it is not we, it is the Spirit of God. He is speaking and guiding every moment.
01:42To Hosea, God reminds again, whatever the sin you have done, whatever the mistakes you have made, doesn't matter, come back to me, I will restore you.
01:56Let's take a moment to accept all our failures and weaknesses and ask pardon for that, and prepare ourselves to celebrate the second mysteries.
02:08I confess to Almighty God and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have greatly sinned in my thoughts and in my words,
02:15in what I have done and in what I have failed to do, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault.
02:23Therefore, I ask blessed Mary, ever-Virgin, all the angels and saints, and to you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God.
02:32May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins and bring us to everlasting life.
02:37Amen.
02:38Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
02:46Let's pray.
02:48O God, who in the abasement of your Son have raised up a fallen world, fill your faithful with holy joy.
02:56For on those you have rescued from slavery to sin, you bestow eternal gladness.
03:02Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit.
03:08God forever, I endeavor. Amen.
03:16A reading from the Prophet Josiah.
03:20The Lord says this.
03:22Israel, come back to the Lord your God. Your iniquity was the cause of your downfall.
03:29Provide yourself with horses and come back to the Lord.
03:33Say to him, take all iniquity away so that we may have happiness again and offer you our words of praise.
03:43As Syria cannot save us, we will not ride horses anymore.
03:48O say our God to what our own hands we have made, for you are the one in whom orphans find compassion.
03:58I will heal their disloyalty. I will love them with all my heart.
04:04For my anger has turned from them. I will fall like dew on Israel.
04:10He shall bloom like the lily and thrust out roots like the pomegranate.
04:16His roots will spread far. He will have the beauty of the olive and the fragrance of Lebanon.
04:25They will come back to live in my shade. They will grow home that flourishes.
04:32They will cultivate wines as renowned as the wine of Hebron.
04:39What has Ephraim to do with idols anymore when it is I who hear his prayer and care for him?
04:49I am like a cypress evergreen. All your fruitfulness comes from me.
04:56Let the wise men understand these words. Let the intelligent men grasp their meaning.
05:03For the ways of the Lord are straight, and virtuous men walk in them, but sinners stumble.
05:11The Word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.
05:16Our response, my mouth will declare your praise.
05:22Have mercy on me, God, in your kindness and your compassion brought out my offenses.
05:28Wash me more and more from my guilt and cleanse me from my sin.
05:33My mouth will declare your praise.
05:37Indeed, you love truth in the heart. Then in the sacred of my heart, teach me wisdom or purify me.
05:46Then I shall be clean. Wash me. I shall be whiter than snow.
05:51My mouth will declare your praise.
05:55Let your heart create for me, O God, put a steadfast spirit within me.
06:01Do not cast me away from your presence, nor deprive me of your Holy Spirit.
06:08My mouth will declare your praise.
06:12Give me again the joy of your help with a spirit of fervor.
06:17Sustain me, O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall declare your praise.
06:24My mouth will declare your praise.
06:27Alleluia, Alleluia. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will teach you all truth and bring it to your mind all I have told you. Alleluia.
06:41The Lord be with you.
06:43A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew. Glory to you, O Lord.
06:49Jesus instructed the Troy as follows.
06:52Remember, I am sending you out like sheep among the wolves.
06:56So be cunning as serpents and yet as hamless as dogs.
07:01Beware of men. They will hand you over to Sanhedrin and scourge you in their synagogues.
07:08You will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake.
07:13Bear witness before them and pagans.
07:16But when they hand you over, do not worry about how to speak or what to say.
07:22What you are to say will be given to you when the time comes, because it is not you who will be speaking.
07:29The Spirit of your Father will be speaking in you.
07:32Brother will betray brother to death, and the father of his child.
07:37Children will rise against their parents and have them put to death.
07:43You will be hated by all men on account of my name.
07:47But the man who stands firm to the end will be saved.
07:52If they persecute you in one town, take refuge in the next.
07:56If they persecute you in that, take refuge in another.
08:01I tell you solemnly, you will not have gone the round of the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.
08:10The Gospel of the Lord. Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
08:18Blessed are you, Lord God, for creation. For through your goodness we have received the bread we offer you.
08:24Fruit of the earth and work of human hands, it will become for us the bread of life.
08:28Blessed be God for ever.
08:30By the mystery of this world, I know I may come to share in the divinity of Christ.
08:35For somebody else I have to share my humanity.
08:56Blessed are you, Lord God, for creation. For through your goodness we have received the wine we offer you.
09:01Fruit of the vine and work of human hands, it will become our spiritual drink.
09:05Blessed be God for ever.
09:07Become the Spirit and come to eternal life. We accept your death.
09:10Lord, may I sacrifice myself just to be a blessing to you, Lord God.
09:13Lord, wash away my iniquities and my sins.
09:21Beloved brothers and sisters, that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God, the Almighty Father.
09:26May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of His name.
09:30For our good and the good of all His Holy Church.
09:33May this oblation dedicated to your name purify us, O Lord, and day by day bring our conduct closer to the life of heaven.
09:40Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
09:42The Lord be with you.
09:44Lift up your hearts.
09:46Let's give thanks to the Lord our God.
09:49It is truly right and just our duty and our salvation always and everywhere to give you thanks.
09:54Father, most glorious through your beloved Son, Jesus Christ,
09:58your Word through whom you made all things,
10:01whom you sent as our Saviour and Redeemer,
10:03incarnate by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin.
10:07Fulfilling your will and yearning for your holy people,
10:10He stretched out His hands as He enjoyed His passion
10:14so as to break the bonds of death and manifest resurrection.
10:18And so with the angels and all the saints, we declare your glory.
10:21As with one voice, we acclaim.
10:24Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of course.
10:27Heaven and the earth are full of your glory.
10:29Hosanna in the highest.
10:31Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
10:33Hosanna in the highest.
10:35You are indeed holy, O Lord, the fount of all holiness.
10:38Make holy, therefore, these gifts, we pray,
10:41by sending down your Spirit upon them like the dewfall
10:44so that they may become for us the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
10:49At the time He was betrayed and entered willingly into His Passion,
10:54He took bread and, giving thanks, broke it and gave it to His disciples, saying,
10:58Take this, all of you, and eat of it,
11:01for this is My Body which will be given up for you.
11:05Which will be given up for you.
11:17In a similar way, once after He entered, He took the chalice and, once more giving thanks,
11:21He gave it to His disciples, saying,
11:23Take this, all of you, and drink from it,
11:26for this is the chalice of My Blood,
11:29the Blood of the new and eternal covenant
11:32which will be poured out for you and for many
11:35in the forgiveness of sins.
11:37Do this in memory of Me.
11:49The mystery of faith.
11:51Well, eat this bread and drink this cup.
11:53We proclaim your death, O Lord, until you come again.
11:57Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of His death and resurrection,
12:01we offer you, Lord, the bread of life and the chalice of salvation.
12:05Giving thanks that you have held us worthy
12:08to be in your presence and minister to you.
12:10Humbly we pray that, partaking of the Body and Blood of Christ,
12:14we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
12:18Remember, Lord, your Church spread throughout the world
12:22and bring her to the fullness of charity,
12:25together with Francis our Pope, Charles our Bishop and all the clergy.
12:32Remember also our brothers and sisters
12:35who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection
12:38and all who have died in your mercy.
12:41Welcome them into the light of your face.
12:44Have mercy on us all, we pray,
12:47that with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God,
12:50blessed Joseph, her spouse,
12:52with the blessed apostles and all the saints
12:55who have pleased you throughout the ages,
12:58we may merit to be coheirs to eternal life
13:01and may praise and glorify you
13:03through your Son, Jesus Christ.
13:05Amen.
13:08Through him and with him and in him,
13:10O God, Almighty Father,
13:12in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
13:14all glory and honour is yours
13:16forever and ever.
13:18Amen.
13:23At the Saviour's command and formed by divine teaching,
13:26we pledge to sing,
13:28Our Father, who art in heaven,
13:30hallowed be thy name.
13:32Thy kingdom come,
13:33thy will be done on earth
13:35as it is in heaven.
13:37Give us this day our daily bread
13:39and forgive us our trespasses
13:41as we forgive those
13:43who trespass against us
13:45and lead us not into temptation
13:47but deliver us from evil.
13:49Deliver us, Lord, we pray,
13:51from every evil.
13:53Graciously grant peace in our days
13:55that by the help of your mercy
13:57we may be always free from sin
13:59and safe from all distress
14:01as we avoid the blessed hope
14:03of the kingdom, the power
14:05and the glory are yours
14:07now and forever.
14:09Lord Jesus Christ,
14:11who said to your apostles,
14:13Peace I leave you,
14:15my peace I give you.
14:17Look not on our sins
14:19but on the faith of your church
14:21and graciously grant her peace
14:23and unity in accordance
14:25with your will,
14:27who live and reign forever
14:29and ever.
14:31The peace of the Lord
14:33be with you.
15:03O God,
15:05behold him who takes away
15:07the sins of the world.
15:09Blessed are those caught
15:11in the supper of the Lamb.
15:13Lord, I am not worthy
15:15that you should enter
15:17under my roof.
15:19But only say the word
15:21and my soul shall be healed.
15:23Amen.
15:25My Jesus,
15:27I believe that you are present
15:29in the most blessed sacrament.
15:31I love you above all things
15:33humbly, spiritually
15:35into my heart.
15:37I embrace you as if you were
15:39already there
15:41and unite myself wholly to you.
15:43Never permit me to be
15:45separated from you.
15:47Amen.
15:49Let us pray.

15:53that having been replenished
15:55by such great gifts,
