00:00Good morning everyone, I'm Darren Burke, one of your live team and digital reporters for
00:04the Doncaster Free Press, bringing you some of the main headlines in Doncaster this Wednesday.
00:10Starting today with the news that a ramp leading to the Frenchgate Centre rooftop car park
00:14has been closed after serious structural defaults were found. Emergency repairs are being carried
00:19out after one source claimed the ramp is a danger to life. We'll have details of that
00:24story for you on our Facebook page and our website.
00:28Also in the news, a long-running Doncaster building saga is set to come to an end this
00:32week with the opening of a new petrol station and supermarket. Work first started on the
00:37site in 2022 at Ogden Road and the building will finally open its doors tomorrow. We'll
00:43have details of that for you.
00:45And also in the news, two people have had to be treated after a house fire in Doncaster.
00:51Fire crews were called to Canterley yesterday afternoon and we've got details of that for
00:54you as well.
