00:40dishes like curry-cured salmon and strawberry and pea. The restaurant is celebrated for

00:57king prawns and lamp rump. Cavalli, famous for its Indo-Persian menu in a lush Persian

01:10exquisite Indian dining, joins the festival alongside Isaac's, which presents dishes such
01:16as gao shu jiang chicken wings and the billionaire cookie for dessert, showcasing their innovative
