00:00This is one of my branches that at the moment I'm struggling to put people outside due to the smell from the cancer

00:06It's been going on for a couple of years now and every time I reported to them

00:10They're saying they look into it and they're gonna come back and sort it out, but it's not getting sorted getting worse

00:16It's a TBR of the road, yeah, and we've been to the side explained to the site manager look guys

00:23Hot summer days. I've got five or six branches everything in the outside area is full except this one

00:29The reason is the smell when people sit in outside the smell doesn't allow them to sit outside longer than five or six minutes

00:35They're always walking in

00:38The smell of sewage, you know

00:42Something means left somewhere for weeks and weeks and weeks and that smell then it stays in their nose and the head and they said

00:49They can't get it out of the system and everything. That's why it's been very very struggling

00:53You know, we have a lot of you know, customers come in and they just want to be inside not outside

01:01It does it does affect them, you know, you know, we can't open the windows we can't open the patio door

01:06We've got a lot of patio doors around the building. We can't open it with the smell just comes in

01:13Stuff have the same issues, you know

01:14They don't like going out and they don't like leaving the door open

01:17And some of them when they come to us, they are when it smells really bad today

01:21Then I'll be reported then it takes like few hours before they can get clear

01:25And you and some of the other businesses

01:27They're all you know, the other business around me as well

01:30They have the same issues with me and that's what we got together to see we can do not something about this matter

01:38Every we've written in the council we ring in all the neighbors

01:41We're taking some videos to prove the point and where he is and finding out what this is

01:46What's the solution is and what they're telling us is the right?

01:51Information because they're telling us to put 1.3 million pound worth of equipment there
