00:19I also followed the report of the head of the PSC and my officers will continue to investigate the funding

00:29and as a minister who is involved in the management of foreign citizens,

00:36I would like to remind the four basic principles that I always repeat.

00:42Reduce migrant costs, speed up the process, take care of the well-being of foreign workers.

00:49When they come here and leave their hometown, they are our responsibility.

00:53And the fourth is the interest of our employers.

00:56They have already spent, so they must get the best service.

01:00So, based on these four principles, whatever the findings, including the PSC,

01:06it is our duty to improve the current practice.

01:13We will do our best to find improvements.

01:19We will make a decision when we investigate all these things.
