00:00Well, the U.S. Supreme Court has finally made a ruling on whether or not Donald Trump has
00:05absolute presidential immunity.
00:07They have found, in a decision 6-3, that he is in fact safe from prosecution for crimes
00:12committed while in office, as long as those crimes were official acts.
00:17What is or is not an official act is less well defined, and that is just one reason
00:21why many have shown up to protest the decision.
00:24In my opinion, this is a corrupt court that has kicked the can down the road to such a
00:31degree that Trump will not get a trial before the election, and the American people have
00:36a right to that.
00:37Innocent or not, guilty or whatever.
00:39The decision marks the first time in American history that a president has had immunity
00:43from criminal prosecution clearly outlined.
00:46Former President Donald Trump is also the first president to ever have been charged
00:50and convicted of felonies.
00:51He's no savior.
00:54He's the devil.
00:55He's dangerous Donald Trump.
00:57The decision to create an area of amnesty for Trump comes after the former president's
01:02defense claimed he had absolute immunity for any actions he made while in office.
01:06Every lower court outright rejected this claim, with many seeing it as a gambit to delay Trump's
01:12prosecutions until after the election, an eventuality that is now almost certain.
01:17Special Counsel Jack Smith has long maintained that no one is above the law.
