00:19bit deeper, it works really well for me. Then I went into a hip thrust, I actually
00:24prefer a standard barbell hip thrust, but this machine was convenient for me today.
00:28Then I finished off with some light sets of rounded back extensions,
00:32round your back and your glutes will pull you up and it is a killer.
