00:00So over here, you can see that I got this working space right here that I can right
00:09click and click and drag to actually go around and then move up.
00:14So over here on the left hand side, you can see that there's many shapes, there's text
00:18shapes that you can actually add in, but I'm just going to go around and start with the
00:21cube first.
00:22And you can see that I have a cube that I can go around and move it and place it wherever
00:27I want.
00:28So I can go around and drag this up and I can see this shadow, which can be used as
00:32a reference to know where the object is.
00:35I can go around and click on this right here, this little dot to align it to the surface
00:40again and rotate this by utilizing the rotation handles around over here just like this as
00:45well.
00:46You can see all of the properties of this particular shape around over here on the right
00:50hand side.
00:51But that is what we're going to cover up as we progress along the course.
00:55Then we got the cylinder around over here as well that we can move around.
00:59And over here you can see that I got models around over here as well, different models,
01:03which are made up by using multiple shapes.
01:06If I were to go around on the gift bag, let's say, for example, then you can see that I
01:10got this gift bag right here that I can move aside just like this.
01:15Then I can go around onto this gift bag and over here on the scene section, you can select
01:19out different objects.
01:21And this gift bag right here is actually made up of two objects that is paper and bag, which
01:26I can actually go around and select it out.
01:28So I can go around and let's say only select the paper, drag it up right here just like
01:32this.
01:33And then let's say, for example, scale it up just like this and change it out according
01:37to how you want.
01:38You can even move it out right here.
01:40But if I were to select out this gift bag, then you can see that both of them act as
01:45the same model or object.
01:49This is something called grouping, and that is something we're going to work around as
01:53we progress along the course as well.
01:55So there's many different objects, as you can see.
01:57And apart from that, you can see that there's different type of materials that you can add
02:02and so forth that we're going to cover up along as well.
02:05So there's different objects, as you can see, just click and drag it out and then place
02:09it out as you like.
02:11And then you can see that you can go around and rotate it out right here just like this.
02:15And then you can pull it out right here just like this to resize it out according to how
02:19you want right here.
02:20Resize it out from the side or from this side around over here as well.
02:24Or you can work around with the sides all together around over here just like this as
02:28well by clicking and dragging it out.
02:30So you can go around and rotate it, place it wherever you want just like this and so
02:34forth right here.
02:35You can resize it out right here, click and drag it out right here or hold shift to resize
02:40everything at the same size as well.
02:42So hold shift and then resize this out right here to actually go around and maintain the
02:47proportion while resizing everything as you like.
02:51So that is how you can work around with 3D models as you like inside of Adobe Dimension.
