00:00so now let's see how we can go ahead and export out our blog data from blogger so to do that
00:11over here let's say i want to back up everything on my blog then what i can simply do is go around
00:17over here onto settings right here and then go ahead and scroll down around over here at the
00:24end you will be able to go ahead and see the man is blog section which allows you to import out
00:30content or backup content right here go ahead and then click on backup content right here and it
00:37says the content backup will include posts pages and comments go ahead and click on download right
00:43here just like this and then it takes you to google takeout as you can see right here so you can see
00:49that once i do this you can see that everything is backed up in multiple format which is simply
00:55what i want so now once that is done you can go ahead and click on next and then you can see that
01:01you can export it once or export it every two months for one year as well but let me just go ahead and
01:07export it once right here you can go ahead and set the file type right here as zip or tgz format right
01:15here but in my case i want to go ahead and select zip because that is a universally accepted format
01:22if you want to go ahead and export out your uh file size as one zp or two tb right here you can go ahead
01:29and set the limit of the file size as well but if your blog size is more than that then what happens
01:35is that it will simply go ahead and then uh split it out into multiple files so let me just go ahead and
01:43do that right here and you can see that i can go ahead and send this to email but let me just go ahead
01:49and add this to my drive right here for example or you can add to dropbox one drive and box as well
01:55but let me just go ahead and add to my drive that is it'll be but it'll go ahead and be saved to my google
02:01drive that way so let's just go ahead and click on export now and once i do that it actually goes ahead
02:08and ask for my password right here so let's just go ahead and then add in my password right here just
02:14like this and then what happens is that it'll go ahead and then confirm so you can see that it says
02:21exporting in progress right here so you need to go ahead and wait for a while and if your blog is quite
02:28big it will even uh it even may take hours or even days as it mentioned right here to complete and when
02:37uh the uh export is complete it'll you'll get an email receive an email in our case the blog data was
02:45quite small so you can see it says completed so as i click on it you can actually see the report on
02:50whether it was come uh exported or not you can see that the total file size was only 2.1 megabytes and if
02:57i were to go ahead and click on go to drive right here then i can see the takeout right here just like
03:02this and now i can simply go ahead and download this out right here onto my computer or share it out
03:09with others um for safekeeping and that is how you can go ahead and export out blog data as you like
03:17from a blogger so i hope you found this video useful be sure to hit the like button don't forget to share
03:23this out with your friends and family and for more contents like these do follow simple tutorials
