00:13larger area at the Rhode Island Show and I'm joined by award-winning influencer, Gillian

00:19Bynes. How are you? Yeah, good. How are you? Good, thank you. So, you just won Influencer

00:24of the Year at the Shad Awards. Yeah. How was that? Wild? No, very unexpected. It was

00:30such a nice night and there were so many amazing people in the industry there on the night

00:34as well, which was great, but yeah, very unexpected, to say the least. And can you tell us, have

00:41you been here before? No, this is my first time at the Rhode Island Show, so yeah, I'm

00:45really enjoying it. I'm from Aberdeen, so I've seen loads of businesses from the North

00:49East, so it's always really nice to see kind of the home area represented, but obviously

00:54loads of businesses from across Scotland, which has been really nice. So, a couple of

00:57new ones, but a lot of old favourites, which is good. And what are you looking forward

01:02to? That's a very good question. Well, I'm away to go and try a Warped Farm Pie again,

01:09because they are just amazing, but again, it's just like seeing what's new, what's different,

01:14how people are diversifying, and any new products that are coming on tonight. I think

01:18that's the beauty of these shows, is people are going to bring new things and want to

01:22kind of show them off, so yeah, that's probably what I'm looking forward to the most. So,
