'Pollen bomb': top tips to help with Hayfever

Around one in two people in the UK have hayfever. Here are some top tips to help you manage.

00:25jelly just under your nose which captures the pollen. Be sure you're often showering and

00:31changing your clothes to get any pollen from the outside off if you have been outside. Keep your

00:37windows and doors shut as much as possible so the pollen can't get into your home and if you

00:43are out driving you can get some special filters for the car. If you vacuum regularly as well as

00:49wipe everything indoors that will also help reduce the pollen count inside.
