00:50And I just knew I just knew something was wrong.
00:52I stood up. I went to the air host and I said, excuse me.
00:57Is there nuts in this?
00:59And she said, no.
01:00And I said, but I can feel it. Something's wrong.
01:04And my other friend said, can we look at the menu?
01:08And it was quite reluctant to show.
01:09But then my friend said, no, we need to see the menu.
01:12And it said for the first time I saw it, creamy cashew nut chicken curry.
01:17Clearly said on the menu, which you had not been provided.
01:22But the air crew would have seen.
01:24Yeah. Clearly said it contained nuts.
01:25And yet it sounds to me like you'd asked at least twice before eating it.

01:32I have a severe nut allergy.
01:34So what then happens?
01:36Can I just ask, how many bites did you have before you started getting the symptom?
01:39I'd say. One.
01:43The first time that the first bite I had, I felt something wasn't right.
01:48And I just I was so confused, actually, because I was just double checked.
01:52How many times can I check to make sure there's no nuts in this?
01:55You know, so I was thinking, is my mind playing tricks on me here?
01:59But then I just knew, no, my throat's closing up.
02:02And, you know, I've been there's just complete negligence here.
