Reggie Bush says the return of his Heisman Trophy is only the start of the good news for USC football fans ... telling TMZ Sports this week he believes the reinstatement of the Trojans' 2004 national championship is coming up next.

00:08Mojo, Reggie Bush, as we've covered here on the show, recently got his Heisman Trophy

00:13back after more than a decade of fighting, of pleading with the NCAA.

00:19It is now back.

00:20The question is, Mojo, what was he doing with it?

00:23And will that 2004 National Championship, Reggie, he led the way.

00:28The University of Southern California, they won the Natty in 2004, Mojo.

00:33Then after everything came out, when Reggie was alleged to have cheated and taken things

00:37that he shouldn't have taken.

00:38We know that they stripped the university of that championship, Mojo.

00:43So we actually recently ran into Reggie Bush out in Los Angeles, and we asked him those

00:46two very questions.

00:47Where's the Heisman?

00:48And are you getting the win back?

00:50How happy are you, man?

00:52I know you got that trophy back, but what's the feelings?

00:56What's going on?

00:57Where are you putting that?

00:58This is what I always said it was going to happen.

01:56Do you think that USC will get those wins back?

01:57I think, as they probably should.

01:58Well, first of all, I love how he's not.

01:59I love how he said nothing about where he's putting his Heisman, right?

02:01He's like, look here, pal.

02:02I just got this thing back after forever.

02:05No chance.

02:06I'm saying publicly which room in my house it is in so that somebody can break it and

02:11steal it, and then I have this thing for like two weeks.

02:14Absolutely no chance of that.

02:16Also, love that he had both pre-check and clear standing in that special line.

02:20You never know.

02:21That's the only way to trim.

02:22You never know much.

02:23As far as getting back the Natty, I mean, there's kind of a precedent set now.

02:28I mean, I understand it's two kind of completely different things, right?

02:32But if the Heisman committee gave him his Heisman back and that's the only reason you

02:37had to cough up the Natty, there's now a precedent.

02:41There's now grounds to stand on to go ahead and give that back.

02:45I mean, obviously, I felt like the Heisman was the bigger hurdle here, right?

02:50Yeah.

02:51The national title.

02:52He's not the only player on the team.

02:54He might have been the best player on the team, but it is a team sport.

02:57Right.

02:58There was a lot that went into that.

02:59It is not an individual award, no matter how good the best player on the team is.

03:04So I feel for those other guys, Mojo.

03:06I feel for the other players on the team.

03:10Look, Reggie probably did what they accused him of doing, but it didn't help them on

03:16the field.

03:17It had nothing to do with them winning football games.

03:19They were the best team.

03:20He was the best player in college football.

03:22You've got 50-plus other guys on the team.

03:24Yeah, I think they should give it back to him.

03:26I really think they do.

03:27And like you said, now that the one hurdle has been cleared, we've forgiven Reggie.

03:31We've given him the trophy back.

03:33I do think it's time that they probably give him those wins back.
