All you need is a slow cooker and an appetite!

00:02 So the first thing I'm doing is I'm getting my vegetables
00:09 ready for my chicken and vegetable couscous.
00:13 So I have got my couscous in a bowl
00:17 and I am just going to add my boiling water.
00:19 And that's it, we just made couscous.
00:22 We're gonna let this steam
00:23 while we cook the rest of our ingredients.
00:25 And now here's where the chicken gets interesting.
00:28 I am going to smother it in harissa.
00:32 I'm gonna take each piece of this chicken,
00:34 this is going to splatter with a harissa side down.
00:36 Got my onions, a couple of cinnamon sticks, whole.
00:41 Some cumin, a couple of pods of whole cardamom.
00:45 Now we're gonna add our veggies.
00:47 Okay, so I'm kind of making a star shape in the center.
00:50 I'm finishing it with some beautiful golden raisins.
00:53 Chicken broth.
00:56 Wow, beautiful piece of that browned harissa chicken.
