00:00To give them the right amount of money that they deserve and the hours that they work

00:05because teachers don't always stop at three o'clock, they have to carry on and plan the

00:11next day or plan the next week. And especially if they're in senior schools, it's living

00:17up to the curriculum that they put forward.

00:20Well, to be honest with you, the societies as they were children, they're all out of

00:24hand, there's no discipline.

00:25And I'm not saying they came back or, you know, this, that and the other.

00:31Paid them a decent living wage, basically, and give them more incentives.

00:39It pays to be educated, we all know that, right? But also, you've got to put a bit of

00:44discipline into the kids by taking away the things that they want, like, you know, the

00:48mobile phones in class and this, that and the other, bring the uniforms back. Let's

00:53not make it Americanised where everyone's going, like, you know, with big eyelashes

00:57and earrings and, you know, doing all this sort of things.
