00:00All right, Outer Banks, you've died twice.
00:01Once was fake, then this one seems real.
00:04It's a living dying.
00:05It's a living dying.
00:07Dying is a living.
00:09Any chance you're going to pop back up?
00:11Well, first of all, are the doors always open?
00:14That might be the number one question I got in line
00:17at all the meet and greets is, are you really dead?
00:19Yeah, is it real this time?
00:20Well, I say, well, once they bury you,
00:24I think that's making a statement.
00:26That's making a commitment to the plot point.
00:29Of course, I have no idea down the road.
00:31They're very creative writers.
00:32Yeah, let's come up with a season of flashbacks, right?
00:34Flashbacks or something, I have no idea.
00:37Or maybe, how about, and I'm just pitching this
00:39to the producers, his long lost, even more evil twin.
00:43I could have a pencil-thin mustache.
00:45Right, maybe it curls at the end.
00:46Like Gord, Ward and Gord or something like that.
00:48This is, I think that's it.
00:50I mean, we're deep into soap opera territory at this point,
00:53and that's fine, that's a living for sure.
00:55No, all kidding aside,
00:57they're just about to complete the fourth season.
01:00It was very difficult not being there with them.
01:02I just love them as people and enjoyed chasing them down
01:05and stealing their gold.
01:06But I know it's gonna be special.
01:10It's gonna be fantastic.
01:11Are you in touch with the cast?
01:11Absolutely, yeah, yeah, yeah, oh yeah, yeah.
01:13And they've all been incredibly kind to the old man,
01:16and I showed up on the set one day,
01:18and they gave me more love than I could ask for,
01:20and I got to hug all their necks
01:22and tell them how excited I am for them all.
01:24Because they're all blown up in all their different ways,
01:25all the different projects they get to do.
01:27But it was just a joy being with them.
01:29But in a real sense, I was glad for Ward to have a,
01:33you want to end well.
01:34And I honestly didn't want to be,
01:36honestly in the end, the bad guy
01:37that's sort of hung around forever.
01:38After a while, you're not that intimidating at all.
01:42You've been around five or six seasons of the bad guy.
01:45So I wanted it, and the way that it did end,
01:47I thought was very poetic, very moving.
01:49And it was nice to have that moment
01:53with Maddie Klein, Deacon, and I mean for Ward.
01:56Yeah, see what I did?
01:57For Ward and Sarah to have that final moment.
