Berlin travel review: Luxury hostel brand in the coolest city in Europe makes going to the Euros affordable

00:00 Berlin is incredible and unique and I didn't understand the whole extent of

00:05 that until I visited myself a few weeks ago. The street art is incredible and when I

00:12 attempted to do mine there were some bits I was proud of, little patterns but

00:16 I also noticed that Papa Smurf does have several hands in my attempt which I'll

00:21 blame on the wind. We learned a lot about the food and the culture including this

00:25 common custom I was not aware of of being able to open a bottle with just

00:29 about anything including a lighter. I tried currywurst for the first time, the

00:33 vegetarian version which I didn't think I'd be able to and we also went to

00:36 Breggs like brunch eggs which was probably one of my favourite meals of

00:42 the trip. At Generator Alexanderplatz where we were staying the shift from day

00:46 to night saw hundreds of people coming through the door, influencers, models, it

00:51 was just so much fun. As was the shuffleboard which can bring out anyone's

00:55 competitive side I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a

00:59 place to stay in Berlin.
