Jaguar S-Type enthusiasts with rare models realise they only live a few miles apart. Simon Biggs and Richard Blant explain their love for their vehicles.

00:00 Ok, it's a 1965 Jaguar 3.4 S-Type. My grandad owned it since the 60's. We think he actually

00:09 owned it from new. It's the first car I ever went in. It picked me and my mum up from the

00:13 hospital when I was born. Yeah, it's a great car to drive and take out, meet some great

00:22 people, everybody wants to stop and chat about it. Yeah, really nice.

00:28 We actually met up at Rev's Envil of the church. I was usually the only S-Type there. Then

00:34 Richard turned up with another S-Type. I was absolutely blown away. And what's more, both

00:39 green. Mine's a 67, it's a 3.4. I've had it about 13, 14 years. I shall part with it.

00:48 It'll go to the grave with me I think, this car. Yeah, mine's more of a family heirloom

00:52 than a car to be fair. And of course, it's amazing how many people you meet with cars

00:57 like this, any classics really, but especially the Jaguar fraternity. You've met a lot of

01:03 people too haven't you? Yeah, yeah, definitely. People from all over the area and all over

01:09 the country. A few people from abroad as well. Indeed, yeah. I run a little Facebook page
