00:08 they're the Yankees at the top at plus 300.

00:13 I'll buy into that 300.

00:15 I don't wanna buy into it yet.

00:17 The Texas Rangers at plus 650, the reigning champs.

00:21 Yeah, at some point you're gonna get Scherzer back,

00:22 but that thumb seems to have stalled him right now.

00:26 So while again, I'll believe that when I see it,

00:29 they had a great run, it was magical last year.

00:32 Josh Young will be back eventually, sure.

00:34 And Marcus Simeon, I think is one of the most

00:35 underrated players in all of baseball.

00:37 Like that guy just does not get enough credit

00:39 of how good he has been,

00:40 since going back to the end of his Oakland days,

00:43 where I just don't think people realize

00:45 how good this guy's been for how long.

00:48 Seattle Mariners are still a team that I'm circling,

00:50 'cause I think they're extremely dangerous.

00:51 They need to make a move for a bat.

00:53 They need more help for Julio in that lineup.

00:55 They just don't have it right now.

00:57 So I was concerned that they were gonna miss

00:59 the Oscar Hernandez presence in that lineup this year,

01:01 and guess what they have.

01:03 So they need to bring somebody of that level,

01:05 whether it's a Robert, whether it's Alonzo,

01:07 whether it's somebody else,

01:08 I don't know who it's gonna be yet,

01:09 but it's gonna be somebody.

01:11 And Seattle would be foolish not to go all in

01:13 with this pitching staff they have.

01:14 'Cause when you have Castillo, Kirby, Gilbert, Miller,

01:18 that's about as good as it gets in Major League Baseball.

01:22 Right, so the Baltimore Orioles though,

01:25 to me, are the best investment on this board.

01:27 Because the Baltimore Orioles are the team

01:29 that controls their own destiny.

01:32 They have the ace at the top with Corbin Burns.

01:36 Eventually you get Grayson Rodriguez back healthy.

01:39 Bradish has been much better than I thought he would be

01:41 coming off that injury.

01:41 I've been shocked.

01:42 Let's cross our fingers that it maintains.

01:45 They have Gunnar Henderson who, you know,

01:48 maybe is a Chipper Jones-esque sort of player.

01:50 Like maybe he is that kind of a guy.

01:52 You wanna put a comp on him, right?

01:55 You have an opportunity with Adley Rutschman,

01:56 a great leadership guy.

01:57 You have all the pieces there, plus you have all the depth,

02:00 which means if you have injuries,

02:01 maybe some of the kids can come in there

02:03 and make some noise.

02:05 Jackson Holliday failed the first time.

02:07 I don't think he's gonna be a failure.

02:09 But all that capital you have in the minor leagues

02:11 also allows you to possibly flip them for a closer

02:15 if Craig Kimbrell can't get straight here.

02:17 Maybe you can get a Mason Miller from Oakland right now.

02:20 Maybe that's the trade you make.

02:21 We talked about Mike Trout.

02:22 We talked about a lot of things.

02:23 So I don't think the Yankees have the will

02:25 to move a Jason Dominguez or a Spencer Jones.

02:28 I don't think they wanna do that right now.

02:30 I think the Orioles are willing to do that.

02:32 The Orioles are a team with a new ownership

02:34 that's gonna be aggressive

02:36 and they are gonna do whatever it takes

02:37 because this is a window and they recognize it.

02:39 It's why in the off season they went out

02:41 and got burns in the first place.

02:42 So the American League to me, plus 470,

02:45 I like the Baltimore Orioles, Matt, I really do.
