The Midland Hotel refurbishment: Exclusive look inside the refreshed French ballroom

00:00 The iconic Grade II listed Midland Hotel has seen many a Prime Minister and

00:06 celebrity stay here and one of the famous assets are the ballrooms. There's

00:14 one upstairs called the French Ballroom which is stunning and has recently been

00:20 refurbished. They've even polished each jewel on the stunning chandeliers. Those

00:28 who visited before will notice the change in colour scheme when it comes to

00:33 the wall as well as the stunning refreshed carpets. Work was completed

00:41 over a month ago and the venue has already seen many events, weddings and

00:48 conferences held here. Work is still underway downstairs in the Prince's
