00:04Amazon is to hire more than 15,000 seasonal workers as it plans for Christmas.
00:11The jobs will be based across the UK at Amazon sites, including delivery offices.
00:17Pay rates will be between £14.30 and £15.30 an hour, depending on the location.
00:24The company said the minimum starting pay for employees had increased by 80p an hour in the past year,
00:30with its minimum wage now just under £30,000 a year.
