00:03 Obviously, I've been in this city for nine years now.

00:06 It's a big part of me and my family's life, so I'm delighted to be up here, obviously, collecting this award.

00:18 You've spoken very passionately, very emotionally about trying to keep the club that you love in this division.

00:25 What's this manager been able to do with this group of players to put you in with a shooting chance of safety now?

00:31 He's been amazing.

00:33 Obviously, coming over with a pedigree as an assistant to the people he's worked under.

00:39 His first manning mid-job couldn't have went any better, really.

00:44 What struck me about him from day one was his confidence and his belief in getting this squad to where we wanted to be.

00:52 Sometimes you see some managers speak and you know they don't believe it, but he believed in everything he was going to do.

00:59 We're not there yet, but he's got us in a great position and a lot of it is down to him.

01:03 What would it mean for the club to survive this season, to you personally?

01:09 No-one wants to celebrate staying in a league, but where we found ourselves after the first half of the season,

01:16 where we weren't good enough to get to the point now where it's in our hands and if we want, we stay in the league, we will celebrate it.

01:25 It'll be an amazing achievement after last season as well to consolidate this season and stay in the league.

01:30 And then, like you said, with this guy in charge, hopefully we're up there again next season.
