00:11 And all the service horses that come here to retire come still really happy to work,
00:17 with really strong bonds with their riders.
00:19 They become extraordinarily bonded to their riders.
00:23 They become very brave and there's nothing cruel at all about the way in which they're trained.
00:28 Is it fair to put them in that situation though?
00:32 I mean obviously for those people who saw the pictures yesterday, it was distressing wasn't it?
00:36 To see those horses that were obviously traumatised by what had happened,
00:40 obviously visibly injured, we know that they'd unseated their riders,
00:44 they had to have treatment because of that.
00:47 When we do have other alternatives, do you think it's still the right decision to involve horses like that?
00:55 Absolutely. It's our culture, it's our heritage.
