00:15 From my perspective, it's something I couldn't let lie.

00:19 I had to address it.

00:21 And I wanted the officers concerned to take a moment,

00:25 as I've put in the letter, to pause and think,

00:27 and I hope it might educate them in the future.

00:31 And I wasn't asking for any further misconduct

00:36 or disciplinary against them.

00:38 That's been denied, the opportunity to do it privately.

00:42 However, I do think that perhaps it's strange how things turn out,

00:45 because publicly, it's a wider story now,

00:49 and it's at risk of being endemic in this country,

00:52 that particularly the police,

00:55 but some of our emergency service responders,

00:58 it's not gallows humour.
