00:13independent in the recent West Midlands mayoral elections, says the arrest relates to a live
00:18stream he was filming on the 10th of March. He disputes the action, claiming he was unlawfully
00:24detained by officers. West Midlands police says a 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a
00:30racially aggravated public order offence and later released on bail. The force also added that the
00:36arrest is not linked to a separate investigation into a flag-burning incident, which remains ongoing.
