The people of Glasgow are in for a real treat.

We're really excited for the people of Glasgow to try something new.

There aren't many places that serve bauberns.

And like I say, the UK's best is nominated by the Baubern Society.

We've spoken to Gordon, we've spoken to Channel 4 as well actually,

so I mean it's just unbelievable for a small business like us

to be contacted by these big companies, whatever, media outlets.

And we're a massive fan of Gordon, so really, really excited

that he's interested in what we're doing.

Starting 2021 with a friend of mine,

we had an idea to launch something different,

and bauberns were what we chose to do.

We pulled a team together and we were selling food

out the back of a fire exit in Edinburgh.

And then we closed, and now we've reopened again.

And we travelled, we've done a lot of travelling across Europe

and other places to find all of the flavours that we've put into the bauberns.

Like I say, we were nominated by the Baubern Society.

There was a thousand, roughly about a thousand other street food vendors in the UK

that were entered into a second annual competition type thing.

And through a number of votes, we were voted the UK's best bauberns.

I think because of the size of the bauberns, we're doing XL bauberns.

Lots of places do very small bauberns, as you're about to see when you try them.

They're extra large bauberns, close to the size of a burger.

And we prep everything fresh, we spend a lot of time prepping,

and we take a lot of care into how we prep all of our food.

So I think it's a mixture of the size of the baubern

and the care and the attention that goes into the food and the sauce.

We're all about the sauce that makes a difference.

So maybe we're going to do a Glaswegian bau, the Glaswegian special.

An iron brew, I'm making this up on the spot,

but we're going to do an iron brew chicken infused baubern with iron brew mayo.

That's what we're going to do.

But as a first option for what's on the menu now,

the karagi chickens are the most popular one with the sriracha mayo.

But everything's good, so come and enjoy everything.
