00:00 It's hard to see someone you love going through this.

00:03 I remember this day really well because I was just about to teach a fitness class.

00:08 I get this 20 minute email, nothing happens. I then go to triple jump training.

00:13 I'm on the train and suddenly my phone goes off.

00:17 People, I hardly speak to, messages me, my phone is ringing, all my friends are contacting me

00:23 and then there has been sent out an email with everything to everyone.

00:29 It's quite graphic so I'm going to take out some of the graphic stuff that they have been saying.
