00:00 So this room is really about Parisian parks and gardens. So a time in Paris when

00:05 parks and gardens were starting to be open to the public and also as part of

00:10 major redevelopments across the city were being expanded and redesigned to

00:16 incorporate things like artificial lakes and bandstands and really opened up an

00:21 opportunity for Parisians to explore different leisure pursuits, different

00:26 sports and entertainment, to socialize and to also be seen and see the latest

00:31 fashions.
