Sunday Times Best Places to Live: Sheffield councillor reacts to Nether Edge northern shortlist

Ibby Ullah, a Labour councillor for the Nether Edge and Sharrow ward in Sheffield, has said it is not a surprise to locals that the suburb he grew up in was named one of the best places to live in the North and North East by The Sunday Times.
