00:06 feeling somewhat disappointed at recent news from the Scottish Government. We spent 10
00:11 years fundraising, 16 funders all pledged funds including the Scottish Government and
00:17 now at the end of the road the Government are not fulfilling their pledge. They are
00:22 not fulfilling their promise to all children in Scotland who they say will be loved, safe
00:28 and respected. We are asking the Government for the final drawdown of £136,000 and they
00:35 have said to us that they are not giving it to us because we are out with the time frame.
00:41 This is a massive blow to a tiny charity in Inverness and we sincerely hope that the Government
00:48 will change their mind.
