00:04 I set up the Maynard in Grindleford four years ago, the George in Hathersidge two and a half years ago

00:11 and I'm currently inside the newly refurbished Ashford Arms in Ashford in the Water.

00:15 Our big thing with Longbow is we like to take these old buildings that have not been used to

00:22 their greatest capacity and give them a new lease of life and that's what we've done here.

00:26 There's been a refurbishment of 1.6 million, we've refurbished all the nine bedrooms, new bar,

00:32 all new kitchen and really brought it up to a lovely high standard. It's a beautiful historic

00:38 great two listed building but we've put some really lovely contemporary touches in there.

00:43 We've used local supplies for all of our food, everything is freshly prepared in-house and we've

00:49 got some really premium drinks from the best of Derbyshire producers. We're so so excited about

00:55 the launch of this beautiful pub. We're opening our doors on the 9th of March and we really hope
