00:23 We designed these buildings so that they would be comfortable places to live in in the summer in 2024 and later on.
00:31 And we don't need air conditioning in these buildings because we oriented the facades so that they wouldn't get too much sun during the summer.
00:41 And the facades are, the insulation is really efficient.
00:46 We also are providing naturally cool water that we're getting from underground to cool the air of these apartments.
00:55 So you will not need air conditioning in the summer here.
00:59 We have about 2,800 apartments that are used by the athletes during the games and that will be sold after the games.
01:07 It's a little early to sell them because we have to wait for the games to be over.
01:12 But in 2025, about a year after the games are over, people will start to live here.
01:19 We really wanted our construction site to be, to not have too many cases of injuries.
01:27 And we, it's always too many, but we, overall we've had no more than 28 serious injuries here.
01:34 And of course that's always too many, but it's a very low number compared to the construction standards.
