00:13 I thought well yeah why not uphike?

00:16 Keep fit, be involved on the sad days.

00:25 And I've been doing it for about 28 years and I've enjoyed it every bit of it.

00:32 Uphiking is definitely uphiking with people you've uphiked with for the first time.

00:40 A lot of the times it's young people and just seeing them mature and grow as a person.

00:43 I'm a mature guy as a person.
