00:00 It's just me, Lu in Lu-land, here to let you know that this International Women's Day,
00:04 I am going to be down in Froome in sunny Somerset. I've got a one-woman show at the Merlin Theatre.
00:10 I'm so nervous. Please literally don't let it be a one-woman show. Because International Women's
00:18 Day is falling on a Friday, why not think about grabbing your girls and coming for the weekend,
00:24 making a little weekend, girly weekend of it. I'm going to be there on weekend. There's going
00:29 to be a little after party with some dancing. There could be a hike squad on Saturday.
00:33 Why not come down and let me inspire you and empower you to step out of your comfort zone,
00:42 try new things, shed some shame, write your own rules, and just join the self-love revolution.
00:49 Friday the 8th of March. Now, crack on, book a ticket. Thank you. Love you. See you there. Bye.
00:56 Hi, everyone. My name is Samantha Hu and I'm founder of a company called ADHD Girls.
01:00 I'm a neurodiversity and intersectionality keynote speaker. And to date, I've spoken to
01:04 over 60 companies about neurodiversity. And I'm doing a very special community talk
01:10 in the week of International Women's Day on the 5th of March in Froome, Somerset.
01:17 So I would like to invite you to come to this event, because the title of this talk is like
01:23 nothing that I've ever done before. And it's called ADHD and Women, Your Story, Your Way Forward.
01:30 And in this, I'll share my learning alongside the neurodiverse community and what I find to be
01:38 empowering and why I think it's really important for you to take a person-centered approach that
01:44 works for you. So you can find your own individualized way to move forward from your
01:52 diagnosis or even when you're at a stage of contemplating if you have ADHD. And this is
01:59 going to be a very valuable and impactful event. I hope to see you there.
