To celebrate the Chinese New Year of the dragon, the Serbian Postal Service is issuing a special stamp to commemorate the occasion.

00:00 On February 9, the Serbian Postal Service issued a unique postal stamp dedicated to the Chinese New Year.
00:08 Featuring a Chinese dragon, the stamp was printed in a limited edition of only 25,000,
00:15 but it is not just for collectors, it has entered regular circulation.
00:20 Every year for the next 11 years before the Chinese Spring Festival,
00:24 Serbian Post will issue a new stamp dedicated to the incumbent Chinese New Year.
00:31 Through this kind of message to the citizens of the People's Republic of China,
00:37 we send a message of friendship, which exists even though we are geographically far apart,
00:42 but as friends we are very close and we are grateful for everything that the People's Republic of China does as a friend of our country.
00:53 The stamp was printed in one of the oldest printing houses in the country
00:58 and one of only two licensed to print the postal stamps.

01:06 and are handled with the same level of care and protection.
01:10 The issue of this stamp is just one of the events organized in Serbia to mark the Chinese New Year.
