What it’s like telling someone they've won the Lotto? ACM spoke with The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell about the realities of her job making Australians' dreams come true.

01:02 On average I might have a winner hang up on me

01:06 maybe about four times a week

01:08 but then eventually they'll call back and they'll apologise profusely

01:12 and yeah it's just part of the job I guess.

01:26 and a leather jacket

01:28 so it really comes down to the nitty-gritty.

01:42 But if I was to win Lotto I would love to hire a private chef

01:46 and for all those times I thought I could try unique recipes

01:50 and failed and almost burnt the house down

01:53 so that's probably what I would do

01:55 and then think about all the other exciting life-changing dreams.
