00:05 Harvest 2024 here in the Hunter Valley.

00:08 Just finished all the white grapes, Chardonnays, very low yield but great concentration.

00:14 Semolone great as well, good ripeness, clean fruit.

00:19 Just started on the rosés today which is always fun to make a bit of rosé, get them

00:24 in nice and early, keep that freshness.

00:26 And we're looking at a whole week of red grapes next week.

00:31 40 degrees today, another 40 degrees tomorrow.

00:33 Should get that colour up and some nice ripeness.

00:36 Everything looking really good, 95 points so far.
