00:00we put the dragons together and immediately they went into ritualized combat we were really

00:05concerned that they were going to hurt themselves but kraken dominated denieries and it was go time

00:10from there we have successfully paired our komodo dragons kraken and denieries for the second time

00:20kraken and denieries made it in 2021 which led to australia's first baby komodos hatching out

00:27and now we're going to follow it up with a second lot prepping for our komodo season took months and

00:34a lot of weeks of setting up the infrastructure ready for a delay we figured out denieries was

00:41ready to go into a breeding season by looking at her condition we've been feeding her up and her

00:46belly was nice and swollen which means her little follicles were ready to go pairing komodos is one

00:53of the most dangerous things you can do they're the world's biggest dragon and they're very very

00:58feisty when those lizards mated it was a huge relief for me and the entire team all of our hard work

01:04has paid off and now fingers crossed we're going to have eggs that hatch out in another nine months time
