URA has decided that this place has to be for public and private housing.
00:55
And we go by that master planning.
00:58
So I told the tenants, look, we will try and help
01:00
to see whether, first of all, in terms of timelines,
01:03
whether there is any discretion available.
01:06
Secondly, whether there are alternate places where they can go together,
01:13
we will look.
01:14
But whether they can get that place would
01:20
depend on an assessment by the agencies on their value
01:24
and the service they provide to the community.

Very interesting place.
01:41
The people who are here, the tenants, seem
01:44
to put a lot of heart and soul into what they are doing.
01:47
I mean, these are just first impressions.
01:49
I haven't dealt with any of them before.
01:51
But I can see they are passionate.
01:53
They are committed.
01:54
They want to do some things.
01:56
And generally, this is good to see in Singapore.
02:00
It makes for a better soul for Singapore, I think.
