Shanmugam says agencies will assess timelines and alternatives for tenants at 195 Pearl's Hill Terrace

Minister for Home Affairs and Law, K. Shanmugam, has asked relevant agencies to assess the lease and explore alternative options for the independent arts cluster located at 195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace in Chinatown.

01:06 Secondly, whether there are alternate places where they can go together,

01:14 But whether they can get that place would

01:20 depend on an assessment by the agencies on their value

01:24 and the service they provide to the community.

01:44 to put a lot of heart and soul into what they are doing.

01:47 I mean, these are just first impressions.

01:49 I haven't dealt with any of them before.

01:51 But I can see they are passionate.

01:53 They are committed.

01:54 They want to do some things.

01:56 And generally, this is good to see in Singapore.
