Caribbean Baseball Series: 7 Latin American countries to compete in the event

00:08 Latin America. The 2024 edition will be played in the U.S. state of Florida until February 9th

00:13 and will be the first time since the 1991 series to be held outside of Latin America,

00:18 as well as the first Caribbean series to be held at a major league baseball ballpark.

00:27 fans from all Latin America will gather in support of their nations. It is worth noting that the

00:32 Venezuelan League champion team is managed by former MLB player Gozi Guillen, who has reached

00:38 the Winter League trophy with Tiburón Estela Aguaira, snapping a 37-year winless drought.

00:43 In 2005, Guillen became the first Latino manager in MLB to win a World Series

00:48 when he led Chicago White Sox to their first championship in 88 years.
