00:23 was quite upbeat. We're turning into a new century, the economy was on the up, but we're
00:28 not in that place at the moment. So I think the hope has to be ordinary, realistic, if
00:34 you like, rather than something that's fanciful. If I say to you we're going to change everything
00:38 within two years, it's all going to be brilliant. I don't think you'll believe me. And you'd
00:41 be right not to.
