Transcript
00:00 I can confirm that Mr. Schwarzenegger was checked by customs at Munich airport today.
00:05 He was at the customs for a while.
00:10 We had to work some things out with him.
00:13 There is no special status at all.
00:14 All travelers are treated the same.
00:17 If we find something, the measures will be taken.
00:20 If I have found something and a tax court order is initiated,
00:25 then this is a standard process for us.
00:26 You have to make a statement to the person and to the property conditions.
00:30 This is standard.
00:31 He also has the option of applying for a lawyer.
00:33 This takes a certain amount of time.
00:36 And when all this is done, he can leave the customs again.
00:40 A tax punishment procedure has been initiated by us.
00:43 This will then be processed by our penalty and fine office.
00:48 I can't say what will come out.
00:49 There are so many factors that have to be taken into account.
