00:19 those who very sadly are perishing in that process, and further building upon the progress
00:25 that we've already made. A 36% reduction in the numbers coming across compared to rising numbers
00:31 in Europe, 80% increase in numbers in the case of Italy. And we can only do that and continue
00:37 that progress because we have a clear plan. Now Labour have nothing to say about this other than
00:41 to oppose us, and that's because they don't have a plan, and we'd be back to square one
00:47 if we went down their route.
