00:00 So I'm here with Councillor Tim Bennett to discuss the recent spate of vandalism on Plymouth Road in Topness.
00:10 So Tim, tell us a bit more about what's been happening here.
00:13 Since the summer there's been a series of continuing anti-social behaviour
00:18 and most of it has been concentrated on this stretch of road here between Smithfields and Collard Park.
00:23 It's day time and night, it's caused a lot of disruption and upset for a lot of the local residents
00:30 and concern for some of the people involved.
00:32 And it's an ongoing problem that we would very much like to see rectified
00:36 as it's a bit of a blight on the neighbourhood which is otherwise a very nice place to live.
