00:38 They were disciplined as long as he builds the staff around him.

00:44 He's shown an ability to go toe to toe with potentially the best team in the division,

01:20 Because the one thing we can watch the Raiders, they're playing very good football and meaningful

01:25 And over the past 20 years, that actually means a lot for the Vegas Raiders because

01:30 I like the move here if they give it to Antonio Pierce, unless, as I said again, if it's one

01:35 of those coaches, I was like, hey, like Nick Saban made a phone call to Vegas like this

01:38 is the perfect spot for me to transition back into the NFL.
