00:31 the Lib Dem leader played back to him, and I don't know that that's inappropriate. He clearly did not
00:38 do as the postmasters would have wanted whilst he was the postal minister. Of course we can look left
00:44 and right at other postal ministers and ask of them the same question, but since Sir Ed has been
00:49 so bellicose over the failings of others in public office, one would think that he applies the same
00:55 standard to himself.
