Chill Rob G was a New York rapper who was part of The 45 King's Flavor Unit MCs in the late 80s/early '90s. He released one album, Ride the Rhythm, but is best-known for an unlikely association with techno-pop group Snap. Snap had an international hit with "The Power' based around samples of Rob G's 'Let the Words Flow'. His other hit was 'Court Is Now In Session'. Little was heard from the talented rapper until he recorded two unnoticed tracks, 'Let Me Know Something' and 'Whatever' in 1996 and appeared on two tracks on British producers DSP's 2002 album, In the Red.
